Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, and protect your information when you visit nextplus.org or contact Next Plus.

Effective: August 2026 · Last updated: August 9, 2026

Next Plus LLC (“Next Plus,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website, nextplus.org, why we collect it, how we protect it, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors of this website and to individuals who contact us through it. We do not sell your personal information — to anyone, for any purpose.

Information We Collect

We collect two kinds of information:

  • Information you provide directly. When you submit a form on this site — for example, our contact form or the Free IT Check-Up request — we collect the details you enter, which may include your name, email address, phone number, company name, and message. If you schedule a meeting through book.nextplus.org, the scheduling service collects the details you provide there.
  • Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our servers and hosting infrastructure record standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. We use this data in aggregate to keep the site secure and understand how it is used. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request;
  • Schedule and prepare for meetings you book with us;
  • Operate, secure, and improve our website;
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
  • Comply with legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations.

We do not use your information for third-party advertising, and we do not send marketing communications you have not asked for.

Cookies

This site uses a minimal set of cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the website to function and remain secure. We do not use advertising trackers or cross-site tracking cookies. Most browsers let you control or delete cookies through their settings; disabling cookies may affect some site functionality.

How We Share Information

We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate this website and our business — for example, our website hosting provider (Cloudflare, Inc.) and the email delivery services that route form submissions and messages to us. These providers may process your information only to perform services for us and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our legal rights, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Data Retention

We keep business records for as long as applicable law requires. Form submissions and related correspondence are retained while they remain relevant to your inquiry or our business relationship, after which they are deleted or anonymized. If you would like a submission removed sooner, contact us at operations@nextplus.org.

Your Rights and Choices

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or ask us to delete it. Send requests to operations@nextplus.org. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Notice to California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), gives you specific rights regarding your personal information:

  • Right to know — request details about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, and the purposes for collection.
  • Right to correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to delete — request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Right to opt out of sale or sharing — Next Plus does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of.
  • Right to non-discrimination — we will never treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.

To exercise these rights, email operations@nextplus.org with the subject line “California Privacy Request.” An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization.

Children's Privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, and loss.

Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
