The origins
Yellow Apple LLC
Our story begins with Yellow Apple LLC, our predecessor company, which held Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) with the U.S. Army in Afghanistan — delivering supply-chain and logistics performance in one of the most demanding environments in the world.

Next Plus LLC is founded
Next Plus LLC is established and registered in the State of California as the successor to Yellow Apple LLC, carrying that federal delivery legacy forward into a broader practice spanning IT, financial services, and logistics.

Next Plus earns California Certified Small Business (Micro) status — certification #2039150 — and enters the federal market: registered on SAM.gov (UEI CSUJT31MG3M5, CAGE 9VS81) and active on DLA DIBBS, where we have been solicited by DLA Troop Support for IT hardware and consumables.
