Financial Services

Bookkeeping and advisory that strengthen your financial foundation.

We provide expert bookkeeping, business advising, audit support, efficiency reviews, FAR compliance guidance, and upcoming tax services — all tailored to strengthen your financial foundation.

Credentials

Credentials that put your books on solid ground.

CPA bookkeeping oversight, a Certified Fraud Examiner on staff, and real audit-room experience — the same rigor larger firms charge enterprise rates for, sized for small business.

Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

An in-house CPA oversees every engagement, so your books, reports, and reconciliations are held to the professional standard that lenders, auditors, and contracting officers expect.

Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)

Our in-house Certified Fraud Examiner brings anti-fraud expertise to internal controls, efficiency reviews, and risk assessments — a layer of protection most small-business accounting providers cannot offer.

Extensive Auditing Experience

More than five years of auditing across public, private, and nonprofit sectors informs everything we do — we keep your records the way auditors wish every client would.

What we offer

Bookkeeping services for small business — and everything around them.

Clean books are the starting point, not the finish line. Every service below is delivered under CPA supervision and built to work together as one financial back office.

Core service

Bookkeeping

Accurate, up-to-date books are the foundation of every sound business decision — and every stress-free audit. Our CPA-supervised bookkeeping covers day-to-day transaction recording and categorization, monthly bank and credit card reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable management, and payroll coordination, all maintained in accordance with GAAP. Each month you receive clear, decision-ready financial statements — profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow — along with a plain-English summary of what changed and why it matters. Whether we are cleaning up years of backlog or running your monthly close from day one, you get books that are always current, always reconciled, and always ready for lenders, auditors, and tax season.

Business Advising

Numbers only matter when they drive better decisions. We turn your financials into forward-looking guidance — budgeting and forecasting, cash-flow planning, pricing and margin analysis, and growth-readiness reviews — from advisors who have worked both commercial and government engagements.

FAR Compliance Support

Federal work brings federal rules. We help contractors align accounting systems and practices with the Federal Acquisition Regulation — cost allowability, timekeeping, documentation, and audit-ready recordkeeping — so compliance strengthens your bids instead of slowing them down.

Business Efficiency Reviews

Led by our Certified Fraud Examiner, these reviews examine your financial workflows end to end — internal controls, approval chains, spending patterns, and process bottlenecks — and deliver a prioritized action plan that reduces waste, tightens controls, and protects margins.

Audit Preparation & Support

Facing a financial, grant, or compliance audit? We prepare schedules and reconciliations, organize supporting documentation, respond to auditor requests, and stay at your side through fieldwork — backed by five-plus years of hands-on auditing across public, private, and nonprofit organizations.

Tax Services

Coming Soon

A dedicated tax practice is launching soon: business tax preparation and planning, fully integrated with the same CPA-led team that keeps your books. Want to be first in line when it opens? Mention tax services on our contact form and we will notify you at launch.

FAQ

Common questions, straight answers.

How does a financial services engagement work?

Most clients start with a complimentary consultation where we review your current books, systems, and goals. From there we propose a defined scope — ongoing monthly bookkeeping and advisory on a predictable retainer, or a fixed-scope project such as an audit preparation sprint or a business efficiency review. You always know the scope, the deliverables, and the cost before any work begins.

What industries and organization types do you serve?

Our team brings more than five years of auditing and accounting experience across public, private, and nonprofit sectors. We serve small businesses, nonprofits, professional practices, and government contractors — any organization where clean, GAAP-aligned books and credible financial reporting matter.

Do you work with both federal contractors and commercial clients?

Yes. Commercial clients rely on us for bookkeeping, reporting, and business advising, while federal contractors also draw on our FAR compliance support — accounting-system readiness, cost-allowability guidance, and documentation practices that hold up under government review. As a registered federal contractor ourselves, we understand those requirements from a practitioner’s perspective, not just a textbook.

What accounting software and tools do you work in?

We work primarily in QuickBooks and can operate inside your existing accounting stack, including your payroll platform, expense tools, and reporting dashboards. If your current setup is holding you back, we will recommend and help implement a cleaner one as part of our advisory work.
